A fiscalização será concentrada durante o período de maior tráfego aquaviário

Os niquelandenses e turistas que frequentam o Lago de Serra da Mesa e as áreas de Uruaçu e Niquelândia devem ficar atentos à operação “Navegue Seguro 2024”, que será realizada pela Capitania Fluvial de Brasília entre os dias 1º de junho e 12 de agosto. Esta iniciativa visa intensificar as ações de inspeção naval e a conscientização dos navegantes durante o período de maior tráfego aquaviário.
As ações de fiscalização serão concentradas no Lago Paranoá e nos municípios de Luziânia, Alexânia, Formosa, Uruaçu e Niquelândia. Estas localidades foram selecionadas devido ao aumento significativo do tráfego de embarcações durante a alta temporada, o que demanda uma maior atenção para garantir a segurança dos navegantes e frequentadores dos lagos e rios.
A operação contará com a participação de 64 militares e sete embarcações, incluindo três motos aquáticas, para realizar as inspeções navais e proporcionar uma resposta rápida a emergências na região. A presença dos militares e das embarcações visa assegurar que todas as normas de navegação sejam observadas, mantendo a ordem e a segurança nas águas interiores.
A operação “Navegue Seguro 2024” é essencial para garantir que todos possam desfrutar dos lagos e rios com segurança, observando as normas de navegação e contribuindo para a preservação da ordem nas águas. Portanto, é fundamental que todos os navegantes e frequentadores das áreas de fiscalização cooperem com as autoridades, garantindo assim um ambiente seguro e agradável para todos.

Fiscalização em áreas com bastante movimento de barcos faz sentido, mas acho que a conscientização deveria começar antes do período de alta temporada. Muitos acidentes na água podem acontecer por descuido simples, falta de equipamento adequado ou excesso de confiança do condutor. No caso do Lago de Serra da Mesa, com tantos turistas e embarcações circulando, orientar quem está chegando pela primeira vez também parece importante. Será que campanhas educativas permanentes teriam um impacto maior do que ações concentradas apenas durante alguns meses?
