A Secretaria Nacional do Consumidor (Senacon), órgão vinculado ao Ministério da Justiça, encaminhou hoje (10) um ofício ao Conselho Administrativo de Defesa Econômica (Cade) para que investigue os recentes aumentos nos preços dos combustíveis que foram registrados em postos na Bahia, no Rio Grande do Norte, em Minas Gerais, no Rio Grande do Sul e Distrito Federal.
O pedido foi encaminhado após representantes de sindicatos reclamarem que distribuidoras desses quatro estados brasileiros e do Distrito Federal estavam elevando os preços de venda dos combustíveis, embora a Petrobras não tenha anunciado aumento nos preços praticados em suas refinarias. Esse aumento, disseram os sindicalistas, estaria sendo justificado pela alta no preço internacional do petróleo, associado aos ataques que vem ocorrendo no Oriente Médio.
“Diante desse cenário, a Senacon solicitou que o Cade avalie a existência de possíveis indícios de práticas que possam prejudicar a livre concorrência no mercado, e que podem indicar tentativa de influência à adoção de conduta comercial uniforme ou combinada entre concorrentes”, diz a Senacon, em nota.
Por meio de nota divulgada em suas redes sociais, o SindiCombustíveis da Bahia disse que está preocupado com os efeitos do cenário internacional sobre o mercado de combustíveis no estado. “O conflito envolvendo Estados Unidos, Israel e Irã tem pressionado as cotações do petróleo no mercado internacional e já provoca reflexos no Brasil”, escreveu.
O Sindicato do Comércio Varejista de Derivados Petróleo do Rio Grande do Norte (Sindipostos RN), também em suas redes sociais, escreveu na semana passada que o conflito “já começa a refletir na alta do preço do petróleo no mercado internacional, acendendo um sinal de atenção para o setor de combustíveis no Brasil”.
O Minaspreto alertou que a defasagem no preço do diesel já atinge mais de R$ 2 e, na gasolina, quase R$ 1.
“As companhias estão restringindo a venda e praticando preços exorbitantes, principalmente para os revendedores marca própria. Já há relatos de postos totalmente secos em Minas Gerais. O Minaspetro está monitorando a situação e irá acionar os órgãos reguladores para mitigar o risco de desabastecimento”, escreveu o sindicato, em suas redes sociais.
Em São Paulo, o Sindicato do Comércio Varejista de Derivados de Petróleo no Estado de São Paulo (Sincopetro), entidade que representa o comércio varejista de derivados de petróleo também vem observando aumento no preço dos combustíveis. Em entrevista à Agência Brasil, o presidente do Sincopetro, José Alberto Gouveia, disse que a investigação do Cade será importante para o setor.
“O que não pode é o dono do posto levar a culpa como estão tentando fazer. Ele não aumentou porque ele quis, ele aumentou porque aumentou o preço para ele também. Então essa explicação para nós é muito importante”, disse ele.
