O prazo para envio da Declaração de Ajuste Anual do Imposto sobre a Renda da Pessoa Física (DIRPF) de 2026 começa na próxima segunda-feira (23) e segue até o dia 29 de maio. 
As informações, referentes ao ano-calendário de 2025, foram publicadas nesta segunda-feira (16) pela Receita Federal por meio de instrução normativa no Diário Oficial da União.
De acordo com o texto, devem apresentar a declaração contribuintes residentes no Brasil que receberam rendimentos tributáveis superiores a R$ 35.584 em 2025.
Também estão obrigadas a enviar a declaração pessoas que receberam rendimentos isentos, não tributáveis ou tributados exclusivamente na fonte acima de R$ 200 mil.
A obrigatoriedade também vale para investidores que fizeram operações de alienação em bolsas de valores, de mercadorias, de futuros e assemelhadas, cuja soma foi superior a R$ 40 mil ou que tiveram ganhos líquidos sujeitos à tributação.
No caso da atividade rural, devem declarar os contribuintes que registraram receita bruta superior a R$ 177.920.
De acordo com o texto, a declaração deve ser elaborada, exclusivamente, por meio dos seguintes canais:
- Programa Gerador da Declaração (PGD) relativo ao exercício de 2026, disponível para download no site da Secretaria Especial da Receita Federal;
- serviço Meu Imposto de Renda, também disponível no site da secretaria e em aplicativo da secretaria para dispositivos móveis como tablets e smartphones.
